Prior to assuming command of Air Station Atlantic City, Captain Graham was the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Commandant for Engineering and Logistics where he coordinated mission support for 200 aircraft, 2,100 cutters, and 25,000 facilities enabling effective and efficient global mission execution. Previous assignments include Executive Officer of Air Station Miami, Engineering Services Division Chief of the Aviation Logistics Center, Air Station Savannah, Aviation Training Center Mobile, and Air Station Atlantic City. During the course of his career he has been a flight examiner for both search and rescue and rotary wing air intercept missions, flown five different models of the MH-65 Dolphin helicopter, and accumulated over 3,400 hours of flight time. He is a Federal Aviation Administration rated Certified Flight Instructor and a rotary wing Airline Transport Pilot. His initial afloat tour was aboard USCGC MELLON homeported in Seattle, WA.

Captain Graham’s personal awards include three Meritorious Service Medals, the Air Medal, two Coast Guard Commendation Medals, three

Coast Guard Achievement Medals, two National Defense Service Medals, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and numerous other service accolades. 

Originally from Rhode Island, Captain Graham graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has Masters of Science degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University and National Security Strategy from the National War College, and is a certified Project Management Professional. Captain Graham is married to the fabulous Kristin Graham, and they have two amazing daughters, Ashlee and Elisabeth.
