Sector North Carolina government housing quarters is broken down into three major areas. The first area is in the Outer Banks and the second area extends from Hobucken to Emerald Isle including SFO Fort Macon and Jacksonville and the last area includes Wilmington down to the SC state boarder.

In accordance with Coast Guard policy all members with PCS orders is required to submit a housing application for DD-1746 (see the below listed documents) to the local housing officer in order to get a housing release determination before located any housing on the economy.
