INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENT

MISSION: The Sector St. Petersburg Intelligence Department supports the United States Coast Guard’s mission in the Western Florida region by providing timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence that enhances maritime domain awareness, protects national security, and ensures the safety of the Gulf of America and surrounding waterways. The unit works closely with interagency and international partners to identify and mitigate threats, safeguard critical infrastructure, and support operational decision-making across the full spectrum of Coast Guard missions.
