USCGC ADAK (WPB 1333)

 

 

 

USCGC ADAK originally stationed out of Highlands, NJ has been operating as part of USCG Patrol Forces South West Asia (PATFORSWA) since its establishment in 2002 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. USCGC ADAK has played a key role in Maritime Security and Maritime Infrastructure Protection operations.  USCGC ADAK is one of six 110' cutters operating throughout the U.S. Central Command Area of Responsibility. As of September 1st, 2010, USCGC ADAK transitioned from Operation Iraqi Freedom to Operation Enduring Freedom Mission.

Mission

Support Operation Enduring Freedom in the U.S. Central Command's (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility.

• Maritime Interception Operations
• Maritime Infrastructure Operations
• Training Engagements with Regional Partners
