A Marine Event is an organized water event of limited duration conducted according to a prearranged schedule, and which presents an extra or unusual hazard to the safety of life that cannot be protected by existing Navigation Rules. Examples include, but are not limited to sporting events, fireworks displays, and music concerts.

 

 Marine Event Sponsors are required to submit their Marine Event application (form CG-4423)
